II | antibody-mediated cytotoxic reaction | autoimmune hemolytic anemia, pemphigus vulgaris, Goodpasture syndrome, myasthenia gravis, Graves disease, chronic idiopathic urticaria |
III | immune complex-mediated reaction | systemic lupus erythematosus, post-streptococcal glomerulonephritis, serum sickness, vasculitis |
IV | delayed cell-mediated reaction | drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, sarcoidosis, tuberculosis |
IVa | delayed Th1-mediated reaction | type 1 diabetes mellitus, contact dermatitis (with IVc) |
IVb | delayed Th2-mediated reaction | persistent asthma and allergic rhinitis |
IVc | delayed CD8 T-cell-mediated reaction | Stevens-Johnson syndrome and toxic epidermal necrolysis |
IVd | delayed T-cell-mediated neutrophilic reaction | acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis, Behçet syndrome |
