Dosing

  • SARS-CoV-2 with acutely declining patients, as a single dose infused over 60 minutes
    • Weight ≤40 kg: 8 mg/kg
    • Weight >40 and ≤65 kg: 400 mg
    • Weight >65 and ≤90 kg: 600 mg
    • Weight >90 kg: 800 mg
