Background
- Rare disorder of abnormal fat deposition that mimics lymphedema, with minimal pitting
- May be familial
Clinical Manifestations
- Chronic bilateral leg swelling
- May have pain and tenderness as well as easy bruising
- No improvement with leg elevation
- Does not involve feet
