Clinical Manifestations

Usually presents with pancytopenia
Suspect in cases of hematologic malignancies with DIC
Blasts + Auer rods + DIC

Management

Give ATRA if there is a suspicion of APL
For DIC: keep fibrinogen >1.5-2 and platelets >30
