Pediatric Dosing

Neonatal HIV prophylaxis

• Dosed by body surface area
• ≥34 weeks gestation at birth: 150 mg/m² PO once daily for 2 weeks, then q12h for 2 weeks
• <34 weeks: 10 mg/m² PO once daily for 2 weeks, then q12h for 2 weeks
• Need to monitor serum trough levels at 7 and 14 days
