Antimalarial medication
Indications include malaria and Pneumocystis

Dosing

Malaria: 30 mg p.o. daily for 14 days, in conjunction with other appropriate antimalarial
Pneumocystis jirovecii: 30 mg p.o. once daily in combination with clindamycin for 21 days

Renal Dosing

No dose adjustments.

Safety

For G6PD deficiency, should be avoided or dose-reduced
