Management
- Rule out iron deficiency
- Ferririn <50 mcg/L is associated with increased RLS
- Treat empirically if ferritin ≤75 as an initial step
- Can use any of the following:
- Pramipexole
- Ropinirole
- Rotigotine
- Gabapentin
- Pregabalin
