- IVDU: Viridans group streptococci and Pseudomonas aeroginosa
- Colon cancer: Streptococcus bovis and Clostridium septicum
Treatment
- MSSA native valve endocarditis
- MSSA prosthetic valve endocarditis
- Cloxacillin PLUS rifampin PLUS 2 weeks of gentamicin
- OR Vancomycin/Daptomycin, other things
- 6 weeks
