Microbiology
- Macroscopic:
- Similar in appearance to L.corymbifera but has white colonies
- Fluffy and cottony
- Does not sporulate on routine media
- Microscopic:
- Bell-shaped apophysis
- Foot-cell like hyphal segment

- Temperature:
- Grows at 37ºC
