- Found in brackish and salt water
- Low virulence in humans
- Susceptible to aminoglycosides, cefoxitin, cefotaxime, fluoroquinolones, tetracycline, chloramphenicol
- Likely best agents are aminoglycosides and fluoroquinolones based on in vitro data
