== Management ==
* Pulmonary infections are treated with combination therapy to improve symptoms:
** [[Amkikacin]] 7-10 mg/kg IV once, plus
** [[Imipenem]] 1 g IV q12h or [[cefoxitin]] 8-12 g/day in 2-3 divided doses for 2 weeks, plus
** [[Clarithromycin]] 500 mg PO bid for 6 months
* Disseminated or extensive cutaneous disease is treated with triple therapy as above
* Localized cutaneous disease can be treated with [[clarithromycin]] 500 mg PO bid for 6 months
