Sézary syndrome

• A rare form of aggressive cutaneous T-cell lymphoma
• Related to mycosis fungoides
• Rarely related to HTLV infection
• Early lesions are typically thing erythematous plaques or patches and can look like psoriasis, eczema, atopic dermatitis, leprosy, or lichenoid pityriasis
• Sézary syndrome itself is characterized by erythroderma, a diffuse pruritic exfoliating rash
• Often with lymphadenopathy
