- Humanized IgG4 anti-CD33 monoclonal antibody, conjugated to calicheamicin (a cytotoxic antibody)
- CD33 is present on normal myeloid precursors
- Indications include acute myelogenous leukemia
- Infectious complications include bacterial sepsis, pneumonia, febrile neutropenia, and possibly infections with Staphylococcus hominis, Agrobacterium radiobacter, Acinetobacter lwoffii, Rhodococcus, and Pantoea agglomerans
