- Human fusion protein of LFA-3 and IgG1
- Binds CD2, thereby inhibiting T cell activation and proliferation, as well as inducing apoptosis in memory T cells
- Causes lymphopenia
- Indications include psoriasis
- Infectious complications include upper respiratory tract infections, HSV, VZV, hepatitis C virus, influenza, pneumonia, gastroenteritis, cellulitis, and possibly NTM
- Contraindicated in HIV
