Clinical Manifestations
- Usually presents with pancytopenia
- Suspect in cases of hematologic malignancies with DIC
- Blasts + Auer rods + DIC
Management
- Give ATRA if there is a suspicion of APL
- For DIC: keep fibrinogen >1.5-2 and platelets >30
