Identification
- Deep, wide, T-wave inversions in V2-V3 (and often involved V1-V4)
- Type A: biphasic, with initial positivity & terminal negativity (25% of cases)
- Type B: deeply and symmetrically inverted (75% of cases)
Interpretation
- High risk for high-grade left anterior descending (LAD) artery lesions
