Definition
- An ischemic neurological event that resolves within 24 hours and has no radiological findings
Management
- Acute
- CT head r/o hemorrhage
- Risk stratify with ABCD2 score (admit if 3 or greater)
- Chronic
- High-intensity statin if elevated LDL
- Atorvastatin 80mg
- Rosuvastatin 40mg
- High-intensity statin if elevated LDL
