Indications
- Heart failure with unclear volume status
- Requires fluoroscopy when severe TR, LBBB (needs pacer pads), or PPM/ICD

- LA up
- Decreased LVEF (i.e. left heart failure)
- Mitral stenosis

- Pulmonary hypertension
- Pulmonary embolism

- Hypovolemic
- Distributive shock
- RA up
- Pulmonary stenosis
- Tricuspid regurgitation
- Decreased RVEF (i.e. right heart failure)
