- Causes B cell depletion that lasts 2 to 6 months
- Indications include Non-Hodgkin lymphoma and other B cell malignancies
- Infectious complications include hepatitis B reactivation and hepatitis C exacerbation; also, PML, parvovirus, CMV, HSV, VZV
- Need to assess for hepatitis B prophylaxis
