  • Overlaps with temporal arteritis

  • Shoulder +/- pelvic stiffness/soreness

  • Absence of active joints
  • Signs of temporal arteritis

  • Labs
    • ESR

Management

  • Rule out concurrent temporal arteritis
  • Prednisone
