Coronary arteries

  • Right coronary artery (RCA): AV and SA node (60%)
    • Posterior descending artery (70% RCA, 10% LCA): posterior 1/3 of interventricular septum
    • Right marginal artery
  • Left coronary artery (LCA): left atrium and ventricle (anterolateral myocardium and apex) and the interventricular septum
    • Circumflex artery: SA node (60%)
    • Left anterior descending artery (LAD): anterior 2/3 of interventricular septum
    • Left marginal artery
