• Recombinant humanized IgG1 anti-VEGF monoclonal antibody
• Indications include advanced colorectal cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, breast cancer, and renal cancer
  • May be used as an intravitreal injection for macular degeneration
• Black-box warning for intestinal perforation
• Infectious complications include intra-abdominal infection, febrile neutropenia, pneumonitis, and possibly also Bacteroides fragilis liver abscess and Fusarium-associated nasal septal perforation
