Valsartan/sacubitril

- Needs 36 hour washout of ACE inhibitor prior to starting ARNI
- Can switch to an ARB for the transition
- Higher risk of angioedema if no washout period
- ARNI have intrinsic diuretic property, do need to monitor and often decrease furosemide
