- Fever
- Rash
- Arthralgias
Management
- High-dose NSAIDs
- May need aggressive rheumatology medications for arthritis
- Supportive treatment
Prognosis
- 12% risk of chronic arthralgias up to 3 years post-infection
- Neonates and elderly at highest risk for neurological sequelae
