Description

R: Rituximab (optional)
C: Cyclophosphamide
H: Doxorubicin Hydrochloride (Hydroxydaunomycin)
O: Vincristine Sulfate (Oncovin)
P: Prednisone
Given weekly for 4-5 months

Indications

For DLBCL and other aggressive lymphomas

Side Effects

Sterility
Febrile neutropenia (30%)
Baldness
