- Total testosterone (± free testosterone if suspicion is high). If elevated:
- 17-OH progesterone levels for non-classical CAH
- DDx: PCOS, NCCAH, Cushing, virilizing tumour, and hyperprolactinemia
- Pelvic ultrasound
