Treatment

MSSA native valve endocarditis
- Cloxacillin or cefazolin
- OR vanco/dapto
MSSA prosthetic valve endocarditis
- Clox PLUS rifampin PLUS 2 weeks of gentamicin
- OR vanco/dapto, other things
- 6 weeks
