Exudative throat lesions
- Diphtheria
- Mononucleosis: doesn't bleed when removed
- Streptococcal pharyngitis: higher fever, more intense pharyngitis
- C. ulcerans: essentially diphtheria
- Tularemia
- Gonorrhea
- Vincent's angina
- Bacterial epiglottitis (faucial)
