Investigations
- CSF1
- Abnormal in 80% of CNS lymphomas
- Normal cell counts in 30-60% of cases
- Protein normal in 30-55% of cases
- Can result in hypoglycorrhachia (median of 4.1 mmol/L but below 0.8 mmol/L in up to 20% of patients)
- Cytology can be diagnostic
