- Monoclonal antibody that targets CD30 linked with a cytotoxic drug
- Indicated for Hodgkin lymphoma, anaplastic large cell lymphoma, and T-cell lymphoma
- Has been linked to PML and now has a black box warning for this
- Also concern for CMV and HBV reaction and Pneumocystis pneumonia
- Monitor for CMV, but no routine prophylaxis is usually offered
