Background
- Rare multisystem disorder characterized by urticaria and monoclonal gammopathy
- Associated with malignancy
Clinical Manifestations
- Recurrent, non-pruritic urticaria
- Monoclonal IgM gammopathy
- At least two of:
- Intermittent fever
- Bone pain
- Arthralgias or arthritis
- Lymphadenopathy
- Hepatomegaly and/or splenomegaly
- Leukocytosis
