Diagnostic Criteria

  • Michet criteria require 2 major, or 1 major with 2 minor criteria
  • Major criteria:
    • Auricular cartilage inflammation
    • Nasal cartilage inflammation
    • Laryngotracheal cartilage inflammation
  • Minor criteria:
    • Seronegative arthritis
    • Ocular inflammation
    • Hearing loss
    • Vestibular dysfunction
