- Alcohol use disorder
- Complication of bariatric suerger
- Anorexia nervosa
- Malasorption

Clinical Manifestations
- Classic triad of photosensitive pigmented dermatitis, diarrhea, and dementia

- Urinary N-methylnicotinamide or erythrocyte NAD:NADP ratio
