Epidemiology
- Accounts for 35% of non-Hodgkin lymphomas
- Older adults, median age 65 years
Clinical Manifestations
- Painless peripheral adenopathy that waxes and wanes
- Can present with large abdominal masses, sometimes with urinary or colonic obstruction
- Mostly asympatomatic, otherwise
- Up to 20% can have constitutional symptoms
- No characteristic laboratory abnormalities
