- Bright red blood or clots (quantify amount)

Investigations
- CXR
- CT chest +/- CTPE
- CBC, lytes, creatinine
- Sputum culture
- Bronchoscopy
Management
Acute
- Vitamin K, if indicated
- Tranexamic acid
- Transfer to ICU if massive hemoptysis
