Etiologies

  • Fibrous dysplasia

  • Giant cell tumour
  • Non-ossifying fibroma
  • Osteoblastoma
  • Aneurysmal bone cyst
  • Solitary bone cyst, typically well-defined and central, typically in proximal humerus and femur, and in patients less than 30 years
