    • Bright red blood or clots (quantify amount)
  • Signs & Symptoms

Investigations

  • CXR
  • CT chest +/- CTPE
  • CBC, lytes, creatinine
  • Sputum culture
  • Bronchoscopy

Management

Acute

  • Vitamin K, if indicated
  • Tranexamic acid
  • Transfer to ICU if massive hemoptysis
