- Blood product that contains factors II, VII, IX, X, protein C, and protein S
- Dose is usually about 1000 IU for a normal weight person with INR below 3
- Repeat INR after 15 minutes
- Used to reverse warfarin or vitamin K deficiency, but not helpful for other coagulopathies and should be avoided if there is a history of HIT
