Background

- Used to treat anogenital warts
Dosing
- 0.5% solution applied twice daily for 3 days followed by 4 days off, for up to 4 weeks
Safety
- Causes chemical burns in many patients, but better tolerated than podophyllin
- Contraindicated in pregnancy
