Microbiology
- Oxidase positive, non-fermenting, Gram-negative bacillus
Management
- Essentially an ESBL, with resistance to cephalosporins and beta lactam-beta lactamase combinations, as well as aztreonam and ceftazidime
- Susceptible to gentamicin, amikacin, imipenem, ceftriaxone, and cefoperazone
