- refractory hypertension
- progressive renal dysfunction
- recurrent flash pulmonary edema
Management
- Maximize medical management, being careful with ACEi/ARB
Indications for Surgery
- Flash pulmonary edema
- Progressive renal dysfunction
- Refractory hypertension despite maximally-tolerated medical management
