Definition

• An ischemic neurological event that resolves within 24 hours and has no radiological findings

Management

• Acute
  • CT head r/o hemorrhage
  • Risk stratify with ABCD2 score (admit if 3 or greater)
• Chronic
  • High-intensity statin if elevated LDL
    • Atorvastatin 80mg
    • Rosuvastatin 40mg
