Description
- R: Rituximab (optional)
- C: Cyclophosphamide
- H: Doxorubicin Hydrochloride (Hydroxydaunomycin)
- O: Vincristine Sulfate (Oncovin)
- P: Prednisone
- Given weekly for 4-5 months
Indications
- For DLBCL and other aggressive lymphomas
Side Effects
- Sterility
- Febrile neutropenia (30%)
- Baldness
