Diagnosis
- At least one cognitive domain affected (complex attention, executive function, learning and memory, language, perceptual-motor, social cognition), but preserved ADLs and iADLs and no other cause identified
Management
- No pharmacologic management
Non-pharmacologic management
- Diet (Mediterranean diet, i.e. PREDIMED)
- Exercise doesn't prevent dementia but can delay progression
- Cognitive stimulation can delay progression
- Vascular risk factor optimization
