- Isoproterenol as bridge to pacemaker Norepinephrine
- Toxic effect on myocytes
- But still first-line 0.01-0.3 mcg/kg/min Milrinone (phosphodiesterase inhibitor)
- Should be avoided in acute STEMI shock
Prognosis
- 70% mortality
