Definition
- 7 days of cytarabine at 100 mg/m2 plus 3 days of an anthracycline or anthracenedione (most commonly idarubicin, 12 mg/m2, mitoxantrone, 12 mg/m2, or daunorubicin, 45 mg/m2)
