* Elevated ESR/CRP&lt;br /&gt;
* Consider pericardiocentesis for cell count and differential, Gram stain and culture, cytology, protein&lt;br /&gt;

* NSAIDs tapered over 4 to 6 weeks&lt;br /&gt;
* For failure of NSAIDs, prednison, tapered over 4 weeks&lt;br /&gt;
