* Bacteremia without clinical focus
* Central line infection
* Pneumonia

== Management ==

* May be misidentified as a [[Burkholderia]], but with much less resistance
* Likely reasonable to start broad with [[piperacillin-tazobactam]] or [[meropenem]] and then narrow based on susceptibilities
