- Oral flora including anaerobes
Clinical Manifestations
- Oral pain and fevers
- Foul-smelling breath
- May have lypmhadenopathy

- Based on clinical findings
Management
- Broad-spectrum antibitoics covering oral flora such as amoxicillin-clavulanic acid
