• Direct antiviral
• Indicated for SARS-CoV-2 and possibly Ebolavirus infections

Dosing

COVID-19

• Early treatment of mild disease patients at high risk of progression (within 7 days of onset): 200 mg IV on day 1 followed by 100 mg IV daily for 2 days
• Treatment of moderate disease newly on low-flow oxygen: 200 mg IV on day 1 followed by 100 mg IV daily for 4 days
